Cancellation and Refund Policy

b. Eligibility for Cancellation

  • Before Project Start: Full or partial cancellation may be allowed depending on work already scheduled or resources allocated.

  • After Project Commencement: Cancellation requests may not be eligible for a full refund, especially if work has already begun.

  • Completed Work: No cancellation will be accepted once the service or project has been completed or delivered.

 

2. Refund Policy

 

a. General Refund Terms

  • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed based on the stage of the project and work completed.

  • Any costs already incurred (design, production, third-party services, etc.) will be deducted.

b. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

  • Change of mind after work has started

  • Delay caused by client (e.g., delayed approvals, missing inputs)

  • Completed and delivered services

  • Custom or personalized promotional materials once approved

 

c. Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be granted:

  • If cancellation occurs after partial completion of work

  • Based on the proportion of work completed

3. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days

  • Refunds will be issued using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed

  • Any transaction or payment gateway fees may be deducted from the refund amount

4. Project Delays or Non-Delivery

If we are unable to deliver services due to internal reasons:

  • Clients may be eligible for a partial or full refund depending on the situation

 

5. Client Responsibilities

 

To avoid delays or cancellation issues, clients must:

  • Provide accurate and timely information

  • Approve designs and materials promptly

  • Maintain clear communication throughout the project

 

6. Force Majeure

 

We are not liable for delays or failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters

  • Government restrictions

  • Supply chain disruptions
